Individual therapy sessions are $170 per session.

All sessions are offered virtually. Appointments are hosted through Jane, which provides a secure, confidential video platform. If you’re more comfortable, phone sessions are also available, you can choose the format that feels safest and most accessible for you.

Many extended health plans cover psychotherapy services. I recommend checking with your provider directly to confirm coverage. Receipts are provided after each session for reimbursement purposes. Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes (clinical hour).
